Victros Music ("we", "us", "our") operates the website victrosmusic.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit our site, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

We do not require you to create an account. The information collected falls into two categories:
Information you provide voluntarily
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, submitted through our email capture form.
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, submitted through the Booking / Contact form.

- Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (page views, session duration, approximate geographic region, device type, referral source). This data is not personally identifiable.
- Technical data collected by Cloudflare for security and performance purposes (IP address, browser type, request timestamps).
- Cookies and similar technologies set by third-party services embedded on this site (detailed in Section 4 below).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Newsletter emails: to send you updates about new releases, upcoming events, and other Victros Music news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Contact form messages: to respond to your booking inquiries or messages.
- Analytics data: to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve the experience.
- Security data: to protect the site from malicious traffic and ensure reliable performance.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics. GA4 is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. Formspree
Our contact form and newsletter sign-up form are processed by Formspree. When you submit a form, your data (name, email, message) is transmitted to Formspree's servers for delivery to us. Formspree does not use your data for marketing purposes. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare
Our site is served through Cloudflare, which provides DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, and performance optimization. Cloudflare may process your IP address and set security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to distinguish humans from bots. These are classified as strictly necessary cookies. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Fonts
We load the Outfit typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests font files, Google may receive your IP address and basic request metadata. Google's privacy policy applies. No cookies are set by Google Fonts.
SoundCloud
We embed a SoundCloud audio player via an iframe. When the player loads, SoundCloud may set cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy, available at soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.
4. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies as described below. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our consent banner.

- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months to manage booking inquiries, then deleted.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data according to our GA4 configuration (default: 14 months), after which it is automatically deleted.
- Cloudflare logs: retained by Cloudflare per their data retention policy (typically up to 72 hours for security logs).
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through this site. All traffic is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Form submissions are transmitted securely to Formspree. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our forms, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Visitors
This site is operated from the United States. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using this site and providing your information, you consent to this transfer. We process analytics data only with your explicit consent (via the cookie banner) in compliance with GDPR principles.
